Privacy policy

This policy explains what information realestatesanbruno.com collects and how Nestor Icaza, a real estate broker with eXp Realty of California, Inc., uses it. It applies to this website only.

What we collect

• Information you send us: your name, email, phone number, property address, timeline and message when you submit a form.
• How you found the site: the page you first landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link. This is attached to your request so we know which marketing works.
• Basic usage data: privacy-friendly, cookie-free page view statistics. We do not use advertising cookies.
• Spam protection: forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals only to tell people from bots.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and provide real estate services you ask for.
• To keep a record of your request in our customer relationship system (BoldTrail) and, for property searches, RealScout.
• To text you only if you checked the optional text-message box. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
• To email you the monthly sold report only if you signed up for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this site and our business, with our brokerage as required by law, or when you ask us to (for example, with a lender or escrow company).

Property search

Home search is provided by RealScout, and the instant home value tool by Homebot. When you use either one, that company's own privacy policy also applies.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've sent, or to stop contacting you. Email nestor@nestoricaza.com or call 650.551.9899. Some records may need to be kept to meet real estate recordkeeping laws.

Do Not Track

This site does not track you across other websites, so it treats all visitors the same whether or not a Do Not Track signal is sent.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
