Selling a late relative’s home
It was a tough decision as the property belonged to a relative that had recently passed away. Nestor was kind, compassionate and not pushy at all. He told us what he would do and he followed up! [...] His knowledge of what was needed to upgrade items in the house was outstanding (even though we didn't feel exactly how he did about replacing lighting etc., we came to find out that he was right and the upgrades he recommended help to get the highest price for this property!). Go with this guy - he's good!!!!
